TAP 12 Week Group Coaching Program
The Group Wellness Coaching Program is perfect for you if you like to be part of a close-knit community of like-minded healthcare professionals. You'll all start at the same time and move through the program together. Our TAP Group Coaching Program is great if you would like support from a community that really gets you or if a few of your co-workers want to go through the program together. You will still have accountability, receive private weekly check-ins but will also benefit from meeting and learning from others in a supportive community throughout the program. A win-win!

Getting to Know You
Kick-off your program with a private one-to-one call so we can get to know each other, and review your intake forms. Then we will co-create your program goals.
Each week you will receive a brief check-in to fill out via the TAP App. This will allow us to provide you with personalized feedback outside of the larger group in your program. During this time, we can help you make any adjustments needed to your individual weekly plan.
Direct Messaging via the TAP App
You have access to direct messaging via the TAP App. Going out to dinner next week and not sure what to choose from the menu? Feel free to DM me. Need a vegan recipe for a dinner guest this weekend? I've got you. I'm there for you!
Live Group Calls
After your initial private "meet and greet" call, we will have 6 additional live group calls throughout the remainder of the program. These group calls will be with with me and the other TAP members. All calls will be recorded and shared in case you should miss them.
Themes to Build Resilience & Foster Self-Care
As we move though your 12 week program we will focus on a specific theme for each pillar. This is to help provide you with new skills, resources and strategies to help you build resilience and foster self-care.
Optional Group Challenges
Really loving your TAP Community? Want to request a specific challenge to work on together? No problem. I'll set you up and get you started. Number of steps, hydration, establishing a new sleep routine....you name it, we'll figure it out!
TAP Pillar Educational Resources
As we begin each of the TAP pillars, you will receive resources that provide education and help support the new pillar we are focusing on. It's all about setting you up for success!
