What's one wellness ritual you'll never quit?
My number one wellness ritual is a gratitude practice. It’s something that you can do anywhere and only takes a few seconds and has an immediate benefit. Gratitude is the essential antidote to counteract our brain’s natural negativity bias and reminds us to count our everyday blessings. There is always something to be thankful for.

Eggs or Avocados
How do you create calm in the chaos of everyday life?
Taking it back to the breath with 4 square breathing.
Inhale-4, Hold-4, Exhale-4, Hold-4.
What's the best career advice you were ever given?
Always “Trust the Process”.
What's one thing you would tell your younger self?
Talk to yourself as if you are talking to your best friend - with kindness, compassion, and encouragement. That, and drink more water!!!
